Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad District Chief District Health Officer (CDHO) Dr. Shailesh Parmar has sealed Moraiya General Hospital today after finding out that it was operated by bogus doctor Mehul Chavda. This action follows the sealing of Ananya Multi Specialty Hospital in Bavla, which was also operated by Chavda.

The health department raided Ananya Multispeciality Hospital in Bavla on July 10 after a viral video revealed a girl died under Chavda’s care. Further investigations led to Moraiya General Hospital today, which was also run by Chavda. The hospital claimed to have ICU and surgical facilities.
