Aravalli: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Gujarat has apprehended a Talati-Mantri (Class III) of Helodar Gram Panchayat in Malpura taluka in a bribery case involving a sum of ₹15,000.
The complainant in this case had registered the sale of a shop built on non-agricultural land in the Helodar area. To get the assessment done in the name of the person selling the shop, the accused, Hargovind Taraji Sundesha, who is posted as Talati-Mantri (Class III) of Helodar Gram Panchayat, demanded ₹15,000. As the complainant was unwilling to pay the bribe, he contacted the ACB. During a trap set up by the bureau, the accused was caught red-handed while accepting the bribe. DeshGujarat
