Love Jihad: Fake Hindu army major got SIM from J&K

Ahmedabad: In the latest Love Jihad case being investigated by Gujarat Police, it is revealed that the accused Mohammad Shahbaz would present himself as a Major in the Indian Army on matrimony website Shadi.Com and identify himself as Harshit Chaudhary. He had contacted/sexually abused Hindu women from Mumbai, Gurugram, Delhi, Kolkata, Indore, and Siliguri.
It is further revealed that he had managed to get a mobile SIM card from Jammu & Kashmir in the name of Jahid Mohammad in October 2019. The accused had visited Bharatpur in Rajasthan and managed to get a fake Aadhar card. He had made a fake identity card of an Army Major using a laptop. After completion of the earlier period of police custody, the advocate Jayesh Yadav had demanded further remand of the accused. DeshGujarat
