Banaskantha: The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has today declared former minister and Mehsana MLA Arjunsinh Chauhan as the Prabhari (in-charge) for the upcoming Vav assembly by-elections.

The Vav by-polls will be held on November 13, with the results to be announced on November 23. These by-polls have been necessitated after Congress MLA Geniben Thakor contested and won the Banaskantha Lok Sabha seat in the 2024 elections.
