BJP appoints Arjunsinh Chauhan as In-Charge for Vav assembly By-polls

Banaskantha: The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has today declared former minister and Mehsana MLA Arjunsinh Chauhan as the Prabhari (in-charge) for the upcoming Vav assembly by-elections.
The Vav by-polls will be held on November 13, with the results to be announced on November 23. These by-polls have been necessitated after Congress MLA Geniben Thakor contested and won the Banaskantha Lok Sabha seat in the 2024 elections. After her Lok Sabha victory, she resigned as an MLA, leading to the seat being vacant since then. DeshGujarat
