Ahmedabad: The Special Operation Group(SOG) of Police raided a flat in Naranpura area and recovered s. 25.68 lakh worth MD drugs fro there.

SOG had prior information that Juhapura based Mutakim Sheikh is into MD drugs business and he has ordered a fresh consignment from Madhya Pradesh based Muhammad Khan. SOG had also the information that the drugs was to be traded at Naranpura area basd Elephanta society house.

The SOG team raided the house of Jignesh Pandya and nabbed Muhammad Khan, Mutakim alias Bhuro, Dhruv Patel, Muhammad Ejaz Sheikh and Abrarkhan Pathan from there. The police team also found a Scorpio car with MD drugs in it, parked outside.

The accusd when questioned, told police that they brought the drugs from Rajasthan. The key accused Mustakim and Muhammad would hire the youths like Jignesh Pandya, Dhruv Patel, Muhmmad Ejaz and Abrarkhan Pathan for drug peddling on commission basis.

Jignesh who himself would consume Ganja and liquor was recently dragged into consumption of drugs. His house was used by Mustakin and Muhammad for drugs dealing and even drugs parties. DeshGujarat
