Ahmedabad: After the conclusion of the Ahmedabad International Flower Show, the city civic body has put more than 3 lakh plants up for sale. The prices of saplings range from Rs. 10 to Rs. 235, for quantities ranging from 1 to 1000 saplings.

The annual Flower Show, organized by the Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC), was held from January 3rd to 26th and witnessed 15 lakh visitors. Following the show, the civic body is holding a sale of the plants at five nurseries in the city. The sale will continue until January 31, from 9 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm, at the following five nurseries: Rasala Nursery, Nikol Nursery, Saurabh Nursery, Vishwakarma Nursery, and Science City Nursery.

During the Flower Show, various flowers from both India and abroad were showcased, attracting a lot of attention from the public. Many visitors expressed interest in purchasing flowers. Now, as the AMC has announced the sale, the flowers available for purchase include Gazania, Dianthus, Celosia, Vinca, Calendula, Ornamental Kale, Begonia, Hypoestes, Silver Dust, Petunia, Coleus, Sevanti, Salvia, Aster, 6-inch-tall ornamental Kale, Pot Pansy, 8-inch Pot Pansy, and 9 varieties of ornamental plants.
