IndiGo to operate more Ahmedabad-Prayagraj flights amid Maha Kumbh rush

Ahmedabad: With the Maha Kumbh rush still ongoing, IndiGo Airlines will operate three additional direct flights between Ahmedabad and Prayagraj. Among these, two flights will run daily from February 16 to 28, while one flight will operate on four specific days—February 24, 25, 27, and 28.
With the addition of these flights, devotees still seeking travel options to reach the Maha Kumbh Mela will now have more connectivity to the holy city.

Flight 6E 6307 will take off from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (SVPI) at 8:05 AM, reaching Prayagraj Airport (IXD) at 9:50 AM, with a travel time of 1 hour 45 minutes. Return Flight 6E 6308 will depart from Prayagraj Airport (IXD) at 4:25 PM and land at SVPI at 6:20 PM, with a travel time of 1 hour 55 minutes.
Flight 6E 6311 will take off from SVPI at 7:00 PM, reaching Prayagraj Airport (IXD) at 8:50 PM, with a travel time of 1 hour 50 minutes. Return Flight 6E 6312 will depart from Prayagraj Airport (IXD) at 9:20 PM and arrive at SVPI at 11:15 PM, with a travel time of 1 hour 55 minutes.
Flight 6E 5151, operating only on February 24, 25, 27, and 28, will take off from SVPI at 11:20 AM and reach Prayagraj Airport (IXD) at 1:10 PM, with a travel time of 1 hour 50 minutes.Return Flight 6E 5152 will depart from Prayagraj Airport (IXD) at 2:00 PM and land at SVPI at 3:55 PM, with a travel time of 1 hour 55 minutes.
Special trains and GSRTC Volvo buses are also being operated for the Maha Kumbh from Gujarat. However, due to the heavy rush, passengers are struggling to find seats in both trains and buses. DeshGujarat
