Gandhinagar goes festive; CM, Speaker, Ministers, MLAs play Holi

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, Speaker Shankarbhai Chaudhary, ministers, and MLAs played Holi at the State Assembly campus in capital Gandhinagar today. This was the second such Holi celebration hosted by the Speaker in recent years. The ministers and MLAs danced, threw colors on one another, and had a great time. Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghavi was especially seen participating very actively.
A large lotus was created on the lawn of the State Assembly campus using a variety of flowers. Selfie installations were also placed. Gheraiya folk dancers were specially called from the tribal areas of Kwant-Chhota Udepur to perform at the venue. Minister Kuberbhai Dindor could be seen joining the artists in dancing.
The State Assembly Speaker has also arranged a cricket tournament between various teams of MLAs later this month. DeshGujarat
