Ahmedabad: Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the fourth tri-day Mega Brahmin Business Summit at Science City, Ahmedabad, emphasizing the pivotal role of the Brahmin community in realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a “knowledge-based economy.” Patel underscored the community’s inherent intellectual prowess, positioning them as leaders in this emerging economic landscape.
Addressing a gathering of business leaders, community members, and dignitaries, Chief Minister Patel highlighted that the summit embodies Prime Minister Modi’s principle of “Sauna Saath, Sauna Vikas” (Together with all, Development for all). He asserted that the Brahmin community, with its centuries-old command over natural intelligence, is uniquely positioned to excel in the knowledge-driven sectors of the future. “The Brahmin community has long been the custodian of natural intelligence, surpassing even machine-driven artificial intelligence,” Patel stated. He called upon the community to harmonize their traditional wisdom with contemporary advancements, thereby actualizing the Prime Minister’s vision of “Virasat Bhi, Vikas Bhi” (Heritage and Development).
Drawing parallels with the “Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit,” initiated by Prime Minister Modi two decades ago, Patel noted its transformative impact in fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. He expressed confidence that the Mega Brahmin Business Summit would serve as a crucial platform for the community to expand their business ventures and contribute to the nation’s economic growth. “Just as ‘Vibrant Gujarat’ inspired similar summits across the country, this summit will empower the Brahmin community to thrive in the business world,” he said.
Chief Minister Patel reiterated the Prime Minister’s belief that collaborative efforts between the government and the community are essential for accelerated development. He further stated that Modi 3.0 is on the path to make India the third largest economic super power, and that the brahmin community would play a vital role in this goal.
The summit featured over 200 stalls showcasing a diverse range of businesses, alongside a job fair aimed at providing employment opportunities for Brahmin youth. Informative sessions on state and central government schemes were also conducted, providing attendees with valuable insights and resources. Esteemed entrepreneurs were present to provide guidance to budding business owners.
Notable attendees included Central Water Power Minister C.R. Patil, who lauded the initiative for propelling the Brahmin community towards greater economic participation. Patil said that his Kuldevi is mother of Parshuramji and that way he has a special bond with Brahmins. Former Governor Kalraj Mishra, Madhya Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla, Former Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel, Rajya Sabha MP Mayank Nayak, Advocate JJ Patel, BJP leader Bharat Pandya, MLAs Amit Thaker, Amul Bhatt, actor Manoj Joshi and numerous other dignitaries also graced the occasion.
Chief Minister Patel expressed his sincere wishes for the summit’s success, acknowledging the significant contributions of the Brahmin community to the nation’s economic progress. He emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering entrepreneurship and driving inclusive growth. The summit, he concluded, serves as a testament to the community’s commitment to contributing to India’s journey towards becoming a developed nation by 2047, as envisioned by Prime Minister Modi.
