Vadodara: A mobile phone blast incident has come to light in the Undera locality of Vadodara. The blast occurred in a mobile phone kept in the pocket of a man working as a mechanic in a garage. The victim, Nimbulal Chauhan, suffered burn injuries on his hand and thighs after the explosion.

Chauhan, who works as a mechanic at Om Sai Krupa Auto Garage, told the media that while he was carrying out repair work under a tempo traveller, the Samsung mobile phone in his right-side pocket exploded, leaving his hand and thighs burned. The victim was rushed to a private hospital nearby for treatment of his injuries. DeshGujarat
