Air India plane crash: Over 70 doctors deployed for post-mortem of victims at Civil Hospital

Ahmedabad: The process of post-mortem examinations for the individuals who died in the unfortunate Air India flight crash is underway, as their bodies are being brought to Civil Hospital.
As per an official statement, in the post-mortem room, 70 to 80 doctors — including those from PHCs and CHCs of Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Anand, and Nadiad, along with doctors from Ahmedabad Civil Hospital and their teams — have been working diligently since yesterday.
After identification, the bodies are being handed over to the families and their relatives with dignity.
So far, five bodies have been identified and handed over to their families. These include two from Rajasthan, two from Bhavnagar, and one from Madhya Pradesh.
Further action is being taken as more families come forward to identify the remaining bodies in the post-mortem room. DeshGujarat
