Kandla Port to get another jetty; DPA invites bid for ₹81 crore project

Gandhidham: Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) has invited online bids for the construction of an oil jetty at Kandla Port, with an estimated contract value of ₹81.78 crore. The project, to be executed by the Civil Engineering Department, is scheduled for completion within 18 months.
The tender is open to all eligible bidders and outlines specific pre-qualification criteria. Interested companies must demonstrate substantial prior experience in marine infrastructure projects, such as jetties, berths, quays, or wharfs, including associated piling works. The minimum financial turnover requirement is ₹24.54 crore over the last three years.
The bid submission deadline is December 22, 2025, at 4:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 1, 2025. Technical bids will be opened on December 22 at 4:05 PM, and the price bids of qualified bidders will be opened subsequently.
This project is part of DPA’s ongoing efforts to expand port infrastructure and enhance operational capacity at Kandla, one of India’s key maritime hubs. DeshGujarat
