Reports suggest that the visit may also be linked to the upcoming visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Gujarat. The Prime Minister is scheduled to visit Rajkot and Gandhinagar on January 11 and 12, during which the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference will be inaugurated. The Chief Minister is likely to discuss preparations related to these events during the meetings.
The visit also comes just days after Jagdish Vishwakarma announced the new team of BJP state office-bearers, adding to political interest surrounding the Chief Minister’s Delhi trip. DeshGujarat
