Ambaji Temple Trust rolls out online ‘Prasadam Kit’ for home delivery
January 08, 2026
Ambaji: For devotees unable to visit the Ambaji Temple but still wishing to receive the prasad of Maa Amba, the temple trust has launched a new initiative to make temple offerings more accessible.
As part of this initiative, the trust has introduced a compact ‘Ambaji Prasadam Kit’, which is available exclusively through online orders and will be delivered to devotees’ homes. The kit includes Mohanthal, chikki, a kankuna pouch, chundari, raksha potli, and a 3D photo of Mataji. The estimated cost of the kit is ₹220, inclusive of postage charges.
Online orders can be placed through the official website of the temple trust, www.ambajitemple.in.
Earlier, devotees could also receive prasad through online orders; however, there were only two options—chikki and Mohanthal. With the new initiative, devotees now have a third option to purchase prasad in the form of a complete kit. Previously, the prasad was delivered via private courier services and was not easily accessible in village areas. However, the temple trust has now signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the India Post Department for online prasad distribution, which will ensure wider accessibility, including rural areas.
