Police use drone to bust marijuana plantation in Aravalli; 8.7 kg stash seized

Aravalli: The Aravalli District Special Operations Group (SOG) has seized a significant quantity of marijuana with the help of a drone during a raid in Meghraj taluka.
Police received a tip-off that marijuana was being cultivated under the guise of a wheat crop in Kunol Lalpur village, which falls under the jurisdiction of Isri Police Station. Acting on the information, the SOG team conducted a search of the wheat field using drone surveillance.
During the operation, police recovered a total of 83 marijuana plants weighing 8.73 kg. The seized contraband is estimated to be worth Rs 4.36 lakh in the illegal market.
One person has been arrested in connection with the case, and further investigation is underway. DeshGujarat
