Gujarat Minister Pradyuman Vaja admitted to UN Mehta Hospital after Heart Blockage

Gandhinagar: Minister of Education, Social Justice & Empowerment Pradyuman Vaja suffered heart blockage for which he is admitted to UN Mehta Hospital in Ahmedabad for treatment. Doctors detected a blockage in his heart during a medical check-up, following which a stent was inserted.
According to reports, the minister is currently in stable condition and his health is reported to be good. Earlier in the day, Vaja had attended a public programme of the Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) along with the Chief Minister and remained present there until the evening.
After the event, he felt slightly unwell and went to the hospital for a routine check-up, during which doctors confirmed the heart blockage.
Considering the seriousness of his condition, doctors immediately decided to perform an angioplasty. A stent was successfully implanted during the procedure. Further medical monitoring is underway, and doctors have advised rest. DeshGujarat
