Western Railway Extends Trips of 8 Gujarat-Passing Holi Special Trains

Mumbai: For the convenience of passengers and to meet the surge in travel demand during the Holi festival, Western Railway has extended the trips of several special trains. Booking for the extended services of Train Nos. 09211, 09212, 09530, 09529, 09051, 09052, 09057, 09058, 09005, 09006, 09085, 09086, 09049, 09050, 09001, and 09002 will open from February 17, 2026, at all PRS counters and on the IRCTC website.

According to railway officials, the Gandhigram–Botad (09211) and Botad–Gandhigram (09212) daily specials, along with the Bhavnagar–Dhola (09530) and Dhola–Bhavnagar (09529) daily specials, have been extended up to March 31, 2026.

The Dadar–Bhusaval (09051) and Bhusaval–Dadar (09052) tri-weekly specials will now run until March 28, 2026, while the Surat–Mangaluru (09057) and Mangaluru–Surat (09058) bi-weekly specials have been extended up to March 29 and March 30, 2026, respectively.

Similarly, the Bandra Terminus–Bhiwani Superfast Special (09005) will operate until March 25, 2026, and the return service (09006) until March 30, 2026. The Mumbai Central–Indore Tejas Specials (09085/09086) will run until March 27 and March 28, 2026, respectively.

The weekly Dadar–Bhusaval (09049/09050) specials have been extended up to March 27, 2026, while the Mumbai Central–Bhiwani Superfast Specials (09001/09002) will operate until March 27 and March 28, 2026, respectively.
