Gandhinagar: Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi on Monday visited the Army headquarters responsible for operations across Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa. During the visit, he was briefed on operational logistics, the training framework and the overall administrative preparedness of the formation.

In a social media post, the Indian Army said General Dwivedi reviewed the formation’s readiness to ensure robust rear-area security, integrated logistics support and effective military-civil coordination to sustain operations in dynamic scenarios.

The Army Chief also presented on-the-spot commendations to four personnel in recognition of their exemplary service and praised all ranks for their professionalism and dedication.
