Passenger Nabbed at Surat Airport with Fake Passport

Surat: A man was arrested during immigration checks at Surat International Airport after he was found travelling with a forged passport. The accused, Bhavesh Dhirubhai Borad, allegedly used a fake Portuguese passport to travel abroad. According to a preliminary investigation, the passport was prepared in 2019, and Borad had reportedly used the document for multiple international trips.
Following the detection during immigration, Dumas police arrested the accused and seized the forged passport. Police have launched an investigation to determine where the passport was fabricated and who was involved in preparing it.
Officials are also probing whether the accused had links with agents or networks involved in producing fake travel documents. Further investigation in the case is underway. DeshGujarat
