Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel, Dy CM Sanghavi Likely to Visit Delhi on March 10

Gandhinagar: With the state gearing up for local polls soon, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi are scheduled to visit Delhi tomorrow to hold crucial discussions with the central leadership.
As per local reports, the key objective of the visit is to review several important and ambitious projects of Gujarat that are linked with the Central Government. The leaders are expected to seek faster implementation of these projects and discuss issues related to pending approvals from the Centre.
The meetings are also likely to include follow-up discussions on specific tasks and directions given during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent visit to Gujarat. It is learnt that the leaders are set to brief the central leadership about the progress made so far and the support required for upcoming works.
Furthermore, with the local self-government elections approaching, the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister are also expected to hold strategic discussions with the BJP’s top leadership in Delhi regarding election preparedness and organisational planning.
The leaders are likely to leave for Delhi tomorrow morning after 10:00 AM. During the visit, they are expected to meet senior central leaders to provide updates on the state’s ongoing development works and to seek momentum for new initiatives. DeshGujarat
