Vankar Seva Sangh Inaugurates ₹7 Crore Gyan Bhavan in Chandkheda

Ahmedabad: The Vankar Seva Sangh in Chandkheda has inaugurated a five-storey Gyan Bhavan, constructed at a cost of ₹7 crore.

President Manubhai Parmar stated that the building was completed within 12 months with support from donors. The facility is equipped with an air-conditioned library, digital classrooms, and Wi-Fi connectivity. At present, around 120 students are preparing here for competitive examinations such as GPSC, Railways, and Police recruitment.

The institute is open to students from all communities, including SC, ST, and OBC categories. Economically disadvantaged students are provided free education, while others can access library and exam preparation facilities at a nominal fee.

Following the inauguration of Gyan Bhavan, the organisation plans to focus on accommodation facilities for students from economically weaker sections. A hostel is proposed to be constructed near the building to provide affordable, home-like living arrangements. Planning for the project is expected to begin soon.

General Secretary Motilal Patanwala said that, considering the growing number of students and increasing inquiries for civil services preparation, special coaching classes for IAS and IPS aspirants are likely to be introduced in the near future.

Currently, seven expert faculty members are conducting classes for competitive examinations and English-speaking courses. DeshGujarat
