Gujarat CM Orders Time-Bound Redressal of Grievances Flagged During Poll Outreach

Gandhinagar: Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has directed the state administration to ensure the prompt and effective resolution of public grievances flagged during extensive outreach conducted across Gujarat in the election period, a press statement said.

During the outreach, the Chief Minister, ministers and public representatives interacted with citizens across the state, bringing a range of local issues, administrative concerns and new expectations to the government’s attention.

A minister’s spokesperson, Jitu Vaghani, said the Chief Minister has instructed the Chief Secretary and senior officials to compile complaints received from the state to the village level and prepare a time-bound action plan for their immediate resolution.

Vaghani added that development works will gain momentum across the state in the coming days. The government will work with greater speed to address both minor and major public issues by converting the post-election momentum into service delivery, the minister said. DeshGujarat
