Rajkot: In a major relief for motorists and residents, the long-awaited Sandhiya Pul is expected to be opened to the public within the next 10 days.

The bridge is expected to significantly ease traffic congestion and improve connectivity between the eastern and western parts of the city. For several years, commuters have faced delays due to diversions and bottlenecks in the area, leading to increased travel time and fuel consumption.

It is learnt that preparations for the formal inauguration are in the final stages following the appointment of new office-bearers. The opening ceremony is likely to take place within the next 10 days.
