Watch | A customer has shared videos online claiming that 11 bags sent from Mumbai to Ahmedabad via a travel bus parcel service were left unattended, out in open overnight by Travel company in CTM area after being unloaded in Ahmedabad. CCTV footage shows a person taking away two of the bags. It is further alleged that the travel firm has refused to take responsibility for the incident.
