Surat Railway Station Revamp Alters Halt for Bandra-Ajmer Superfast Express

Surat: Due to the ongoing redevelopment work at Surat Railway Station, the stoppage of Train No. 20995/20996 Bandra Terminus–Ajmer–Bandra Terminus Superfast Express has been temporarily shifted to Udhna Railway Station instead of Surat. Railway authorities have urged passengers to take note of the revised arrangement and plan their journeys accordingly.
As per the temporary schedule, Train No. 20996 Bandra Terminus–Ajmer Superfast Express will halt at Udhna station from May 24, 2026, to August 23, 2026. The train will arrive at 6:12 pm and depart at 6:15 pm, with a scheduled halt of three minutes.
Similarly, Train No. 20995 Ajmer–Bandra Terminus Superfast Express will stop at Udhna from May 23, 2026, to August 22, 2026. The train is scheduled to arrive at 7:41 am and depart at 7:44 am.
The temporary change has been implemented to facilitate the large-scale redevelopment and modernization work currently underway at Surat Railway Station. Officials have advised passengers travelling on the route to verify boarding details before commencing their journey. DeshGujarat
