Amit Shah Gujarat Visit

Gandhinagar: Union Home and Cooperation Minister and Gandhinagar MP Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Gujarat on May 28 and 29, during which he will inaugurate several development projects and participate in a series of review and organizational meetings across the state.

According to a press release issued by the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha BJP Media Department, Shah will begin his engagements on May 28 with the inauguration of multiple projects in his parliamentary constituency. These include the inauguration of the newly developed Jedwa Lake at Vadsar, constructed through the Anandam Parivar CSR Fund, and newly built reading rooms at Vadsar, Jalund and Sardhav developed under the CSR initiative of Toyota Kirloskar Motors Limited.

Shah will also inaugurate the lake beautification project at Khatraj undertaken by the Arvind Foundation, along with a new Gram Panchayat office. Other key inaugurations include the Pay Centre Primary School at Moti Bhoyan, the village lake at Sonipur, and several development projects under the Kalol and Gandhinagar North Assembly constituencies.

During his visit to Sonipur, Shah is also scheduled to have lunch at the residence of senior BJP worker and former sarpanch Gandaji Thakor.

Later in the day, Shah will attend a meeting of key BJP office-bearers at the party’s state headquarters, Shri Kamalam, in Gandhinagar. He will subsequently inaugurate the CBSE regional office at Chandkheda and a newly constructed hostel building at the Umiyadham campus in Sola during a public event.

In the evening, Shah will inaugurate a newly constructed Bharat Mata sculpture at Nava Vadaj developed by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC). He will also chair a review meeting at Circuit House in Ahmedabad regarding preparations for the Olympic, Commonwealth, and World Police and Fire Games.

Following the completion of his engagements late on May 28, Shah is scheduled to depart for Bhuj in Kutch. DeshGujarat
