43 MoUs Worth ₹1,763 Crore Inked in Kheda Ahead of VGRC Central Gujarat

Kheda: The Vibrant Gujarat – Vibrant Kheda event was held at Goblej in Kheda on Friday, during which 43 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth Rs. 1,763.23 crore were signed across various sectors, including agro, pharmaceuticals, and textiles. The agreements are expected to boost investment and create new employment opportunities in the district.

On the occasion, District In-charge Minister Ramanbhai Solanki distributed subsidy cheques, loan sanction letters, and assistance letters to entrepreneurs.

The state government also announced the approval of four new Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) estates in the district. The new GIDCs will be developed at Sarkhej, Galteshwar (Angadi), Kheda (Mahij), and Mahudha (Mahisa).

The conference, organised at Palm Greens Club and Resort in Goblej, brought together industrialists, entrepreneurs, and government officials. Addressing the gathering, Minister of State for Food and Civil Supplies and District In-charge Minister Ramanbhai Solanki said the Vibrant Gujarat Summit, launched in 2003 by then Chief Minister and current Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has evolved into a globally recognised platform for investment, industry, knowledge exchange, and strategic partnerships.

He said Gujarat has emerged as the growth engine of India’s development and continues to be a preferred investment destination for businesses from around the world.

Solanki also announced that the upcoming Madhya Gujarat Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference will be held at GSFC University, Vadodara, on June 29 and 30. He said the conference would help provide wider market access to local products and create fresh opportunities for industrialists, startups, women entrepreneurs, and self-help groups. DeshGujarat
