Dholka gets over 17 inch rainfall, Mahemdavad 14 inch

Gandhinagar: Not just South Gujarat, but parts of Central Gujarat have also received very heavy rainfall today.
As per the data available at 8 pm today, Dholka in Ahmedabad district received whopping 17.32 inches of rainfall today. Mamemdavad had 14 inch rainfall. Ahmedabad had 13 inch rain. Matar in Central Gujarat had over 12 inch rain. Mandal and Daskroi had over 10 inches rain. Bavla and Viramgam had nearly 9 inches rainfall.
Overall 212 talukas of Gujarat had rainfall during 6 am to 8 pm period today.Of them 119 talukas had over one inch rainfall. 88 talukas had over 2 inches rainfall. Very heavy rains were experienced in the areas of South and Central Gujarat along with Ahmedabad region. DeshGujarat
