SC Collegium Recommends Transfer of Orissa HC Judge to Gujarat High Court

Gandhinagar: The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of Orissa High Court judge Justice Manash Ranjan Pathak to the Gujarat High Court.
The recommendation was made at the Collegium meeting held on August 6, 2026. The Collegium has also recommended the transfer of Justice Krushna Ram Mohapatra from the Orissa High Court to the Chhattisgarh High Court.
The proposed transfers are subject to approval by the Central government and the issuance of the necessary transfer notifications. DeshGujarat
