Top Gujarati film and theater actor Pratik Gandhi, wife, brother down with Covid-19

Mumbai: Gujarati movie and theater actor Pratik Gandhi is down with Coronavirus infection. His wife and brother too are infected. While Pratik and his wife are under home quarantine, Pratik’s brother is admitted to a hospital.
‘We as a family took “Be positive” way to seriously and didn’t discriminate against even corona . Me & my wife are being treated at home and my brother is hospitalized, we are all putting up a strong fight against the virus. With Warmth , support and prayers of friends and family,’ Engineer turned actor who has worked in number of Gujarati movies and plays tweeted.

Pratik’s wife Bhamini is also a theater actor who has worked in number of plays in Marathi, Gujarati and other languages.
Pratik’s brother Punit was in urgent need of injection for treatment of Covid-19 infection related complications. Mumbai based Madhavi Bhuta contacted BJP leader Kirit Somaiya late in the night. Somaiy’s promt and precise action helped to procure injection in the middle of night, tweeted Madhavi Bhuta to which Pratik conveyed thanks on micro blogging site twitter.
