Amreli: The government has given its permission to Amreli Nagar Prathmik Shikshan Samiti to set up an English medium primary school. The move will come as a big relief for ordinary people, who cannot send their children to private English medium schools because they are unable to afford the huge sums they charge as fees.

The school will have 240 students in class one to eight. in the first year. To start with, each class will see opening of only one classroom. The school will be run by Amreli city primary school committee.

It will be an English medium smart school equipped with all digital gadgets and will start functioning from the coming new academic year itself. DeshGujarat.
