Two from Gujarat in Congress party’s Central Election Committee

Gandhinagar: Rajya Sabha member from Gujarat Amee Yagnik and former MP from the State Madhusudan Mistry have been appointed in the Central Election Committee of main opposition Congress party.
As per an announcement made on Monday, September 4 by party, a 16-member committee includes party chief Kharge, Sonia and Rahul Gandhi, Ambika Soni, Adhir Ranjan Chowdury, Salman Khurshid, Madhusudan Mistry, N Uttam Kumar Reddy, TS Singh Deo, KJ George, Pritam Singh, Mohammad Jawed, Amee Yagnik, PL Punia, Omkar Markam and KC Venugopal.
