Junagadh NCP councilor resigns; He and his son are on run in Dargah violence case

Junagadh: A Muslim councilor of Junagadh Municipal Corporation (JMC) Andreman Panja has sent his resignation to Municipal Commissioner. Panja was elected in 2019 election on Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) ticket from ward number eight. He got his resignation typed before notary and sent to Municipal Commissioner in which he stated he was resigning due to unavoidable circumstances. It’s worth noting that Panja is on run after he was named as one of the accused in Majevadi dargah violence case. Police have so far arrested 115 accused in this case. However Panja and his son who both are named as accused are on run. DeshGujarat
