Home Minister Amit Shah on a visit to Gujarat today

Gandhinagar: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is on a one-day visit to his home state of Gujarat today. During the visit, at around 11 am, he will preside over the Akhil Bhartiya Apradh Samellan at the campus of the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) in Gandhinagar. He will also inaugurate the Centre of Excellence in Digital Forensics here.

Later, Home Minister Shah will be in Bhavnagar, where at around 3 pm, he will participate in the Panch Kalyanak Pratishtha Mahotsav of Adinath Digambar Jin Bimb Jain Temple in Songadh.

At around 9 pm, Home Minister Shah will attend the Pran Pratishtha (consecration ceremony) of Shri Ram Mandir in Ranip, Ahmedabad.

The National President of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is also visiting Gujarat and will be opening election offices for the party in all 26 Lok Sabha seats in the state.
