Do’s:
- Be Vigilant: Immediately inform Metro staff or security personnel about any unusual incidents or suspicious activities observed inside trains or at stations.
- Queue Up: Maintain discipline by standing in queues while waiting for trains at the platform to facilitate orderly boarding.
- Mind the Exit: Allow passengers to alight before boarding the train to avoid congestion and ensure smooth flow.
- Travel Light: Limit your baggage to 25 kgs with dimensions not exceeding 80 cm (Length) x 50 cm (Breadth) x 30 cm (Height).
- Consider Fellow Passengers: Avoid behaviors like reading newspapers or crossing legs that occupy extra space in crowded trains.
- Stay Sober: Refrain from consuming alcohol and behave in a respectful manner towards fellow passengers.
- Watch Your Step: Be cautious of the gap between the train and the platform edge to prevent accidents.

- Radioactive substances
- Blood, dried
- Corpses
- Bones, excluding bleached and cleaned bones
- Gases, compressed, liquefied, or dissolved under pressure
- Explosive substances, which possess risk of explosion, or fire, or both
- Any decayed animal or vegetable matter
- Human ashes
- Parts of the human body
- Human Skeleton
- Additionally, any other article declared as dangerous or offensive material by the metro railway administration from time to time
