Mumbai: Anant Ambani, the son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, is marrying Radhika Merchant today in Mumbai. The couple, who have hosted pre-wedding events around the world, are tying the knot at Jio World Drive in Mumbai, owned by Anant’s family. This event is possibly one of the grandest Indian weddings globally, with celebrities and dignitaries from around the world in attendance.

As the wedding festivities ongoing celebrities from Bollywood, Hollywood, and national and international leaders have started arriving at the venue. Notable figures like Kim Kardashian, her sister Khloe, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Nick Jonas, and former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson are in attendance at the lavish wedding.

Pataudi siblings Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan made a striking appearance in traditional attire as they arrived at Jio World Centre for the wedding celebrations.

Actress Madhuri Dixit along with her family are also among the attendees.

South Superstar Rajnikanth along with his family joined the long list of guests at the lavish Ambani wedding.

All-rounder of the Indian cricket team and captain of Mumbai Indians, Hardik Pandya, along with his brother Krunal Pandya, are among the cricket celebrities attending the wedding party. M.S. Dhoni and Srikkanth, with their respective wives, also arrived to attend the function.

The festivities continue on Saturday, July 13th, with the Shubh Aashirwad, a ceremony seeking blessings for the newlyweds, and culminate on Sunday, July 14th, with the vibrant Mangal Utsav, or wedding reception.

The upcoming wedding celebrations will blend tradition with joy, following sacred Hindu Vedic customs. The ceremonies commence on Friday, July 12th, with the main wedding ceremony, the Shubh Vivah. Guests are encouraged to honor the cultural significance by adorning traditional Indian attire.

Indian celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, and others are expected to join the celebrations. These stars previously delighted fans with a special dance performance at the Jamnagar festivities in March, which garnered widespread attention online. The Jamnagar event, hosting nearly 1200 guests, included luminaries such as Bill Gates, Hillary Clinton, Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump, Karlie Kloss, and Mark Zuckerberg. Rihanna performed her first concert in eight years at this event, while Diljit Dosanjh was also among the performers.

Additionally, the Ambani family hosted numerous celebrities on a three-day cruise across France and Italy in June, attended by Shah Rukh Khan, Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, and others. The cruise featured performances by Katy Perry, Backstreet Boys, and Pitbull for the guests, with Andrea Bocelli performing in Portofino. Justin Bieber performed at Anant and Radhika’s sangeet ceremony.
