Rann of Kutch: Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi today celebrated the festival of Diwali with armed forces (BSF, Army, Navy, IAF) at Sir – Creek near Indo-Pak border in Kutch district of Gujarat.
After arriving at Koteshwar in Kutch from Ekta Nagar (Kevadiya), Modi visited Lakki Nala in the Sir Creek area, where he distributed sweets to the soldiers. In a video shared on an X post, Modi, dressed in a BSF uniform, was seen offering treats to the personnel aboard a patrol vessel.
“Glad to have celebrated Diwali with our brave personnel from the BSF, Army, Navy, and Air Force at Lakki Nala in the Creek Area, Kutch. This area is both challenging and remote. The days are scorching hot and it also gets cold. The Creek area has other environmental challenges as well,” Modi said in an X post.

While addressing the soldiers after celebrating Diwali with them in Kutch region, Modi said, “Today, Bharat cannot compromise on even an inch of its borders. That’s why our policies are aligned with the resolve of our armed forces.”
“We trust the determination of our soldiers, not the words of our enemies.” People of India feel their country is safe because of you (soldiers), Modi said.
“When the world sees you, it sees India’s strength, but when the enemies see you, they see the end of their sinister plans,” he said to the soldiers. DeshGujarat
