Stray Cattle Menace claims life of farmer in Palitana, Bhavnagar

Palitana: Even though the year has changed for Gujaratis, reports of the stray cattle menace remain unchanged, in a recent incident a farmer lost his life Palitana taluka of Bhavnagar district.
The incident took place between Hanol and Valukad villages in Palitana taluka. A farmer named Bharatbhai Vaghani, who was riding his two-wheeler home, was fatally struck by a stray cow. After colliding with the stray cow, Bharatbhai suffered serious injuries and was first rushed to Palitana for treatment. He was later referred to Sir Takhtasinhji General Hospital (Bhavnagar Civil Hospital), where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
The deceased was a resident of Bahadurgarh village in Palitana taluka. Police have launched an investigation into the incident. DeshGujarat
