Arete Group to Invest ₹12 Billion for Expansion of Industrial Park in Dahej, Gujarat

Bharuch: Arete Group has announced a ₹12 billion investment for the second phase of its Payal Industrial Park project in Gujarat. The expansion is focused on improving industrial infrastructure and attracting a diverse range of manufacturers to the state.
Founded in 1990, Arete Group has a presence across industrial parks, real estate, retail, and investment sectors. The Payal Industrial Park, covering over 3,500 acres in Dahej, a major industrial hub in Gujarat, will expand with new facilities to support industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and engineering, aligning with Gujarat’s vision as a global manufacturing leader. The second phase will feature sustainable and integrated infrastructure, including logistics support and effluent treatment plants.
Company representatives noted that the investment supports the national ‘Make in India’ initiative and is expected to create substantial employment opportunities. It will also encourage the establishment of ancillary industries and small to medium enterprises in the region.
In its first phase, Arete Group invested ₹8 billion and has already leased out spaces to several large manufacturing companies. DeshGujarat
