Fire erupts in Applewood Township apartment, no injuries

Ahmedabad: A fire broke out on the 14th floor of an apartment building in Applewood Township, near SP Ring Road in Ahmedabad. Upon receiving the alert, the Ahmedabad Fire Brigade dispatched a team comprising eight fire engines and two senior officers to the scene, where the fire was brought under control.
According to information from the fire brigade, the blaze originated in the AC unit of a bedroom in a building called Orchid Haven in Applewood Township. By the time the fire trucks arrived, the residents had already evacuated the house. The building’s fire safety system helped contain the flames, and fire brigade personnel fully extinguished the fire upon arrival. No casualties were reported in the incident. DeshGujarat
