Road in Ahmedabad Railway Station Area to Shut for 3 Months due to Bullet Train Station Construction

Ahmedabad: Ahmedabad city Police Commissioner’s Notification is out regarding restriction/diversion of traffic from Faizan School to newly constructed bullet train station due to construction of bullet train station in Saraspur.
The work of constructing a bullet train station on the corner near R.C. Technical near Hanjar Cinema, Saraspur under the Bullet Train Project of the Government of India in Ahmedabad city is in progress by Dinesh Chandra R.Agarwal Company. At the back of which the work of constructing the pillar of the bullet train track is to be started.
Due to this, a 25-meter road from Faizan School to the newly constructed bullet train station will be diverted for traffic. This work was to be completed in 3 months. But due to technical reasons, railway schedule and heavy rain, the said work could not be completed within the time limit. Therefore, this work will be done for another 3 months.
Traffic diversion will be done as follows during the said work.
Restricted route for vehicular traffic
A one-way road of about 500 meters from R.C. Technical Institute to Railway Parcel Office with Faizan School will be closed for vehicular traffic.
Alternative route
1. Traffic coming from Faizan School will be able to go to Railway Parcel Office via Old Shaherkotda Police Station via Gurudwara and Hajar Cinema Metro Station via different routes.
2. Traffic coming from Kalupur Metro Station Hanjar Cinema will be able to go to Saraspur Gurudwara via Old Shaherkotda Police Station via Railway Parcel Office and Faizan School.
