Dwarka temple administration refutes viral video claiming railing collapse at Jagat Mandir

Dwarka: With the Diwali vacation underway, the temple town of Dwarka is witnessing a huge influx of devotees. Amid this, a video went viral on the internet claiming that the railing set up to manage the crowd movement toward the Jagat Mandir had collapsed. However, the temple administration later refuted these claims, stating that the railing had merely become loose and that two different video clips were merged to spread a false narrative.

In an official statement, the temple administration clarified, “Today, due to the massive rush, the railing near Moksh Dwar became shaky (but did not collapse). Later, for repair work, the administration removed the railing after the temple gates were closed post 1 p.m. During that time, some people recorded the video, which later went viral with false claims that the railing had collapsed. This is absolutely untrue.”

The administration further appealed to the public, saying, “We urge everyone not to forward or share such misleading videos. All necessary arrangements are being managed properly, and we request devotees not to spread misinformation.” DeshGujarat
