Surat: A shocking incident came to light from the Adajan area of the city, where a 25-year-old man was arrested for allegedly committing an unnatural sexual act with a cow at a cattle shed.
The accused, identified as Brijmohan Ravindra Yadav, a native of Bihar and employed at a restaurant on Honey Park Road, allegedly entered a cattle shed near the Chosath Jogani Mata temple in the early hours of Sunday. The incident came to light when a neighbour noticed suspicious activity and alerted the cattle owner, Baldevbhai Rawal.
On reaching the spot, the owner reportedly found the accused engaging in the act with the cow after tying its hind legs. The accused fled when confronted but was chased by locals and, with the help of a police patrol team, was caught near a garage in the area. Adajan police have registered a case under relevant sections for cruelty to animals and an act against nature. Further investigation is underway, and the incident has triggered anger among local cattle breeders. DeshGujarat
