SC denies relief to Sanjiv Bhatt in 1990 murder case

Suspended controversial Gujarat cop Sanjiv Bhatt today failed to get relief from Supreme Court in 1990 Jamjodhpur murder case.
An apex court bench of Justice B.S Chauhan and Justice TS Thakur however permitted Bhatt to withdraw his petition with liberty to pursue an independent revision petition before the Gujarat High Court.
