Housing board draw now between 12-25 July in 4 cities

The Gujarat Housing board draws will take place city-wise this time. The draw season will start from Vadodara on 12 July followed by Surat on 13 July. In Ahmedabad, the draws will be held on 18 and 25 July(at Tagore hall and Narottam Zaveri hall) while in Rajkot it will be held on 19 July(in Zaverchand Meghani hall). After debacle of previous draw, results of which were declared canceled later on, the housing board officials are taking extra care for smooth completion of draws this time without any controversy. The housing board draws are for priority allotments of over 8,000 affordable housing units. The draws shall deal with over 58,000 applications.
Meanwhile one Mahesh Parikh has challenged state government’s decision to cancel earlier draw allotments in the Gujarat High Court. The High Court has issued notice and next hearing is going to be held on Friday.
