PBD 2015: Cultural performances at Kankaria Lake Front(Photos/Video)

Presented here is a video of cultural programme at Kankaria lake front held on the first day of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas 2015. The function was held in presence of delegates of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, the President of Guyana, Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, Goa Chief Minister Laxikant Parsekar, Jharkhand Chief Minister, MoS in centre VK Singh and Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel among others. Cultural performance covered traditional dances from various states of India. Kankaria Lake Front has been closed for common public due to Pravasi Bharatiya Divas functions. Dinner arrangements for guests was made at lake front in Gold and Silver two categories. Gold for the delegates and silver for media persons covering the event. Tomorrow is the second and the last day of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas when cultural programmes are going to be held at Sabarmati river front in Ahmedabad in the evening.
