Ahmedabad gets a new non-stop AC Duronto train to Pune
Ahmedabad, 25 February, 2011
So far as Duronto train is concerned, Gujarat has received good news today from the railway budget.
Ahmedabad-Mumbai Duronto express will not operate daily instead of three days a week.
A new AC Duronto express will operate between Ahmedabad and Pune.
Duronto is brainchild of railway minister Mamata Banerjee. Few years back one could not think about having a non-stop long distance train, but in last budget, railway minister bravely announced several Duronto trains which are now running successful across the country.
