Indian External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid today likened Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi to the proverbial frog just out of the well, fumbling for the right place in the big wide world. Shri Khurshid had yesterday described Mr. Modi as Khalnayak.
“What should I say about Modi? He is like a frog just out of the well and at a loss to find the right place for himself in the big wide world,” Khurshid, who was here to review relief efforts in the disaster-hit state, said, while replying to a question from reporters.
BJP may pride itself over Modi but the country cannot, the Congress leader said.
Asked how the Congress looked upon the Gujarat Chief Minister who is projected by a section of BJP as its Prime Ministerial candidate, Khurshid said his party was not bothered as Modi’s party is divided over him.
