Fire in fishing boat off Gujarat coast, one dead four rescued

Porbandar: A fisherman died while four others were reportedly saved by the coast-guards in the sea off Porbandar coast when the fishing boat they were onboard suddenly caught fire.
According to primary reports fishing boat Krishnaraj caught fire off the coast Ratadi and Kuchhadi. There were five fishermen aboard of whom one a resident of Gir-Somnath district died.
Four others were saved by coast guards who were sent an SOS message by the survivors. The reason behind fire is not yet known however it is understood that it might have been caused by the overheating of the motor fitted in it.
Details are awaited.
