Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Vijaybhai Rupani will celebrate tomorrow’s ‘Diwali’ festival among the guards of eastern border at Koteshwar in Kutch. This is the second consecutive year that Mr. Rupani is going to celebrate ‘Diwali’ festival amid the jawans.
The Chief Minister is celebrating the festival with the jawans to give them homely and family feelings as they are posted far away from their family and near and dear ones. During the celebration Mr. Rupani will offer sweets to the jawans and will also interact with them.
The Chief Minister will arrive at Koteshwar tomorrow morning at 09:00 a.m. Mr. Rupani had spent last year’s ‘Diwali’ time with jawans at Nadabet border in eastern-Banaskantha. He was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Anjali Rupani.
